"I will never stay here again. Soon after we got to our room I discovered a leak from the ceiling. The bathroom was falling apart and moldy, and the entire room in desperate need of a remodel, not to mention the strangest TV placement ever. We asked for a different room because of the leak, they wanted to send maintenance, but we asked to please just get another room, they obliged. In our relief to be out of the first room I guess we didn't pay much attention to how bad the next room was and happily accepted right away.This room was EVEN WORSE than the first one, at least there was no leak, but every time you walked in from the hallway(which also smells like mold)you could smell the mold in the room.On top of that,the toilet was loose,TP holder falling off the wall, mold all along and around the seams where they put caulking on some kind of cheap wall covering in the bathroom, at least the first room had tile! AND the water temperature would go from scalding hot to freezing cold,no inbetween, but the bed was the worst part! We booked a King, what we got were two MOLDY double beds pushed together topped with old scratchy sheets and a small old mattress pad stained brown.It made it impossible to get a good nights sleep,all I could smell was mold, I am pretty sure I got sick from staying here. This review does not reflect the staff who were as helpful as they could be I guess, it does reflect major neglect by hotel management/ownership and complete lack of hotel upkeep."

"We spent 10 days at Hotel Laghetto Stilo Barra and had a lovely stay overall. What really stood out was the amazing service. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure guests were comfortable and well looked after. Their kindness and willingness to help made a big difference to our experience. That said, there are a few areas that could use some attention. The freezer in our room was completely covered with ice, which made it difficult to use properly, and the toilet was not cleaned every day during our stay. These are small details, but they do affect the overall comfort of the room. Even with these issues, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and would like to thank the staff for their excellent hospitality. With a little more attention to room maintenance and housekeeping, the experience would be even better."

"Las instalaciones del hotel estan bien mantenidas, es limpio y ordenado. El gimnasio bien equipado, con sala para pilates suelo o yoga. Sauna impecable! Tiene un kids club lindo con varios juegos para los niños (de mesa o video juegos). La ubicación del hotel es 10/10, solo hay que cruzar una calle para llegar a la playa. Se puede ir caminando a varios restaurantes vista al mar. La playa frente al hotel es muy agradable, con reposeras y quitasol. Cabe destacar el desayuno buffet y la atencion del staff del restaurant impecable! Super atentos y amables. Pero si quieres ir a descansar tienes que considerar que: - Dicen ser un hotel para familias, pero claramente NO lo es. Hay convenciones con fiestas hasta tarde (se escucha desde la habitación la musica, no esta bien aislado el ruido). Uno escucha a la gente gritando en los pasillos post fiesta. Lamentablemente el front desk un desastre, mala voluntad y no son amables. El dia que llegamos a hacer el check in, las personas del lobby (informaciones) y front desk ni siquiera un “hola, que tal.” No nos explicaron nada del hotel, que actividades habian o las instalaciones. Te llaman a la pieza en horarios inadecuados, cuando uno duerme (21:00) o tocan la puerta a las 08:00 para hacer la habitación. Como NO es un hotel familiar, NO hay consideracion por los niños pequeños. Preguntamos por late check out y la respuesta fue No, una pena que el staff del front desk sea asi de inflexible y desconsiderado con los niños pequeños."
