"This place was beautiful, and the staff was beautiful from the time I arrived. It does have an outdoor pool up on the 16th floor that I didn’t get to try, but it looks wonderful and there’s a gorgeous view from up there, especially if you check it out at night time and my room was really nice, it was not one of the largest but I had a window with a View and the staff bent over backwards to help me. I really enjoyed it. I was not that impressed with the Copacabana beach area on Sunday evening...

"It's clean, but lacking a microwave, the bed is not comfortable for sleeping, bed sheets and super cheap, the towels are super cheap and rough quality, it always smells like mold, the air in the room is very stuffy, the AC is HELLA dirty AF, ATHE ROOMfeels very closed in like you're in a dorm rather than an actual hotel room, found a bug in the bed 😒🙃.
