"El hotel CityFlats es espectacular. Su personal fue muy amable desde el momento de la reservación hasta la estadía. La coordinación para el recogido del aeropuerto fue excelente y el servicio del Sr. Germán, de Turismo Germán BOG se Los súper RECOMIENDO!! El hotel debería darles esta opción a los huéspedes. El Sr Germán y su equipo de trabajo fueron súper amables, tienen tours bien accesibles por lugares turísticos de Bogotá y fueron siempre amables, muy responsables y lo más hermoso, siempre...

"The room itself was great. If you plan for a long trip there is a kitchenette. The breakfast was fantastic, the bed nice, not soft! The balcony is a nice touch. Shower /bathroom nice. One problem was a flickering light in bathroom at times and the tv didn't work. Great WiFi so the latter didn't matter."
