The staff at Rimba villas went out of their way to make our visit special, even recommending local restaurants and things to do. I especially liked that they contacted me ahead of our visit to ask if I had any requests and had our bike rentals already arranged when we arrived. "

"Lovely little rustic property with a private pool which was just a delight on a hot day. All clean and tidy and serviced every day if you wanted. The team were exceptional - super friendly and nothing was too much trouble, be it advice on where to go, or how much things should cost for a transfer. Would recommend."

"Really friendly staff that were more than happy to help with any information about the island and also organised a taxi for us to take away from having to haggle over prices etc. The free bikes was really handy to get around the island and the pool was amazing to come back to in the evening. The breakfast was yum and the rooms were always cleaned straight after we left so we didn’t get bothered if we wanted to come back and relax by the pool in the afternoon. Will definitely stay here again when...

"I loved staying here! The villa is stunning and the pool was amazing. The staff were wonderful and super helpful and were always there when I needed something. They had rental bikes which made it easy to get around the island. Gili air is such a beautiful and unique place to stay. The only thing is the music from the mosque is pretty loud at 5am and would wake me up every morning. However it just made it easier to get up early and go watch the sunrise.
