"I came to Germany for a trade fair at Messe Berlin and found hotel prices during the event incredibly high. For 22–24 September, I was quoted €378 for a single bed in a five-person hostel room. "The Bensimon features very large apartments nicely renovated. The communication process was superb. The room was spotless and quiet. It overlooked a central courtyard characteristic of Berlin apartments. It was easy to get to by Tram. We would stay again."

Although the reception was easily reachable by phone and WhatsApp, they were unable to offer an alternative at that time. I checked out the next morning and received a refund, which was handled quickly."
