"The apartment was clean and the location couldn't be better—just steps away from the train station, which made getting around extremely convenient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful when we checking in. The only downsides were that it was a bit noisy outside due to the central location, and the room got warm without AC. "Overall experience was really good. It is conveniently located, not too far from Zurich HB and well connected by trams. The room was small but clean. Pillows were poor which caused neck pain. Breakfast bar had limited but sufficient options. The lady attendant was alone most of the times (another lady helped her briefly) and had to do too much running around. The only other space with a closed wall was the toilet. And it was a small as a bathroom in an airport. They gave two towels for two people and nothing more. No hand towels.
