"The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. I had stayed at another hotel in Lucerne and the staff at Hotel Sternen Oerlikon were much kinder and friendlier!"

"The hotel was conveniently located outside of the city center, next to the public transportation lines. The room was clean and big enough for a short term stay. Big plus for the Nespresso machines, I could use my own capsules. Also, big plus for the complimentary access to the professional gym attached to the hotel."
