"While we only stayed overnight in Zurich, the hotel Ruby was an excellent choice. The location is steps from the train station and close to all must see downtown walking tour locations. Check-in was so easy and staff in reception were very friendly and accommodating. The room and on-site amenities were nicely appointed, high tech and eco friendly. "Hotel Bristol was conveniently located a short walk from the Bahnhofstrasse and Old Town. The weather was exceptionally hot this summer and the Swiss government places limits on how much air conditioning can lower temperatures in hotel rooms. "Location is excelent! The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. There was a restaurant but it was not open when we were around."

"Lovely hotel, very clean and we had a beautiful room to stay in. Staff for dining and bar are excellent. Super friendly and attentive. The only downfall was the air conditioner wasn’t working"

"Pets on the property so it smells terrible. Super hot in the room. Understood that there was no AC but also no fans."

We carried five pieces up ourselves — three suitcases, one of them 50 lb with a broken wheel, plus two backpacks. Anyone at that door can see a guest struggling; you shouldn't have to set the bags down, walk inside and...

"Nice vibe, free still and sparkling water, comfortable bed, great blackout curtains"
