"This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window...

"The room was clean and sufficient in size. It was basically a very small apartment. We found that there is no one at the desk to answer questions as the person that was there "didn't work there" so we would have to contact the owner on WhatsApp. We just dealt with the issue (more of my husband's lack of digital experience) and were fine. However, we got there at 3:05pm and there was no one to give any explanation of how anything in the place worked, which was very frustrating for us older folks...

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"On arrival it seemed a little small compared to the picture but actually it suited our needs perfectly. It was clean, the shower was amazing, they had a cupboard where you could refill your coffee pods (yes they had a decent coffee machine with pods included!). The kitchenette was tiny yet perfect with everything you could want, a double ring hob, fridge, and built-in dishwasher which was one of the drawers in the kitchen unit and everything was in great condition and well looked...
