However we stayed when it was over 30 degrees in Zurich and the hotel has no air con - it has a ‘cooling ventilation system’ which apparently cools the room by 3 degrees. It did not. The room was consistently at 25 degrees and was stiflingly hot and difficult to sleep. ..."

"The room was extremely small. I booked a king-size bedroom, and I got a queen. They were “transitioning” in their system, and basically you have to check in yourself and even make your own key. There are no phones in the room, so you can’t call the front desk. The bar has good drinks but expensive. ..."
