Dear Mohammed,thank you for your review.Regarding your feedback about the fee for the early check in we want to note that the regular check in time is at 3 p.m.For sure is a check in before 3 p.m. free of charge possible on request and availability of clean and free rooms. In your case the check in time was at 10 a.m. and in this case we have to take a early check in fee.The size and equipment of our rooms are depending on the category which is booked.
