The drivers were on time. I needed the hotel just for a few hours to take a shower and sleep, and it was just perfect for me"

"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"Really wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Zürich. Room was clean and very comfortable, nice view over the Sihl river. Restaurant on property was well managed, service was great and the menu excellent."

"The room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was super helpful. The surrounding area was bit noisy being Sat night. The staff was very helpful and they helped store our luggage for few hours which allowed us to go around the town. If you are ok with shared bathroom, it is a good place to stay."
