Room was ok, breakfast was excellent, has a full featured restaurant with great choices as well. Location easy to reach and has plenty of parking, within walking distance of City center (20-30 mins)

Staff very friendly and efficent. The hotel us getting old, heating is just enough, breaksfast is solid but limited. Wifi is good and parking very easy. Location is good.

Perfect for a quiets night sleep as the average age of residents are well into their 70s. Our room was tired and dated with marks on the walls and dust everywhere. Hotel looks like it hasn’t been remodelled since it’s original build. Situated on an industrial estate and near a petrol station, it’s very convenient if you wish to buy a car during your stay.

Good hotel for short stays

Nice hotel, staff could speal a littmoe English but they are always helpful, nice and smiling so not an issue. WI-fi OK, parking OK, quiet location and with also good restaurant

Good hotel with plenty to do to stay healthy. I personally only use the pool but was available at the times I needed it. I stayed here for work as my usual hotel was not available. I enjoyed the food and the facilities so I will be returning

The Check in was helpful to understood the time of service, In the morning i Like to start the day with swimming, but the swimarea was Open in 8:40, why Yesterday geht information 8o"clock 40min what to do brackfast and start again, 9:00 leaving was the plan

The room was tiny, dirty and stuffy with no AC to help regulate the temperature. We had to pay extra for a bed that I would have assumed came with the room as I booked it for three people. Staff were often not around at the front desk to help, because they were short staffed. Machines in the games room, stopped working (although a discount was offered when this happened). Breakfast was okay. But the restaurant was overpriced and poor quality. We ordered Patas Braves and got and burnt plate of sweet potato fries. The sauna and gym were appalling. The sauna basically didn't work or couldn't get up to temperature and all the games (tennis, bowling) cost extra. Finally we didn't have a car which I now know was a mistake. Not the hotel's fault, but travel to Zutphen was terrible and confusing, with two buses an hour that go away from the hotel.

Het hotel is een wat ouder model, maar voor ons was het prima. Het ontbijt was goed, het personeel vriendelijk en de kamer schoon. Van het zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt, dus dat kan ik niet beoordelen. De gratis en ruime parkeergelegenheid vind ik altijd een pluspunt.

Prima hotel, gedateerd wel. Goed bereikbaar. De kamer was 's nachts wel benauwd. Kon hierdoor niet goed slapen. Het was die dagen ook boven de 25°C, begin mei, maar toch. Raam open hielp nauwelijks met een hor erin.

Das Hotel war sauber und hatte sogar ein extra Bett abeer die Wasserleitung war verstopft. Man konmte nicht mal das WC anständig benutzen.(Ich hatte 3 Kinder). Anfangs interessierte es dem Personal an der Rezeption nicht bis ich mich beschwerrte. Erst dann begann man nach Lösungen zu suchen. Man wollte das ich in dem selben Zimmer schlief aber die Toilette in einem anderen Zimmee benutzen soll. Null überdacht worden. Null Comfort Plus. Kann doch sicher nicht am Abend jedes mal mit jedem Kind mit zur Toilette zu einem komplett anderem Zimmer, weil sind lauter Fremde im Hotel. Erst als ich Cash Back verlangt habe weil das ganz bestimmt nicht das Comfort Plus ist wofür ich bezahlt habe hat man mir jemanden geschickt der es repariert hat. Die einte eher kleinere Frau mit schwarzen Haaren an der Rezeption war die einzige die es einigermassen unser Anliegen interessiert hatte. Aber an sich schöne Location hat einfach nicht viel Auswahl an Läden in der Nähe und zu Amsterdam Rotherdam Den Haag braucht es jedes Mal eine Weile. Das Extra Bett war auch bequem und uns wurde eine extra Decke bereit gestellt. Ausser unser Zwischenfall war es ganz in Ordnung. Wäre nur schön gewesen hätte man beachtet das ich mit Kinder am reisen bin und wir eine riesige Fahrt hinter uns hatten. Trotz allem noch diskutieren mussten und es kaum Beachtung gab.
