"Read so many reviews about the quality of food and service of the staff not being great but I would sincerely disagree! The best part about the food is that they had such a big selection of proteins, veggies, fruits, and sides that each day enjoyable for meal variety. The staff were just as good as they were mostly engaging and not miserable like some ppl had mentioned. We found some favorites and the resort made us feel welcome. "My stay here was good for the most part. So convenient. Close to two beaches, close to many restaurants, the hotel has its own drinks and food with reasonable prices. The room has AC, there is a pool. Everything was mostly great for the price. One of my two complaints would be the staff. The staff was a bit mediocre and careless. After we checked in, we asked for extra towels and the lady helping us made a face as if we were bothering her and we asked for something absolutely unreasonable....
