"I had a great experience at this hotel, and I want to give a special thanks to the staff who made my stay even better. Junior, the porter, was very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist. Maximo at the Italian restaurant provided excellent service and made the dining experience enjoyable. Maria at the Café Bar was amazing, always welcoming, attentive, and kind. I also want to give a special thanks to Hilary at the spa for the wonderful service and welcoming attitude. All four of them made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make my stay special. It’s employees like them who make a hotel stand out. The hotel should be proud to have such dedicated, professional, and friendly staff. Thank you, Junior, Maximo, Maria, and Hilary, for making my stay memorable. I truly appreciate your hospitality and excellent service.
