"The staff were absolutely wonderful and the views were stunning!! We had to spa suite and it was beautiful. Tons of great restaurants nearby and only a few minutes walk to the beach."

"Bathroom door was broken and unable to close properly. Door between hallway and room was broken and woukd be flimsy while opening and closing. Beds were hard and springy. Extremely uncomfortable. "Daily house keeping" consisted of towel replacements and a few water bottles daily. Had to tell staff on mulitple occasions to take away the garbage. Walls were very thin and can hear units next to us. "

"Korean style mattresses can be a little hard for westerners, but the rooms, staff, facilities, amd area are all so amazing that its easy to overlook a harder mattress than i am used to! Wonderful stay!"
