"Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. Would consider staying here again but would want a smoke free room. Thank you to the young man on reception for being so helpful :)"

I went to the wrong branch and I was kindly directed to the right branch and given guidance on tours. This gentleman was very kind and showed great customer service.
