"Lovely stay in a very convenient location. I arrived by plane and took a direct train to Gare du Nord, followed by a short 12 minute walk to the hotel. For my return, it was just a 12 minute walk back to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar, which made the whole journey seamless. The hotel is a beautifully designed boutique space, clean, modern, and with a fresh feel throughout. "This was a great stay. Our last hotel cancelled on us last minute but we were so happy we found this. The room was clean and just as requested they have us twin beds. I would say the room was a little small and walls were thin but it’s what I expected for a boutique hotel. The smart tv was great to watch. The cleaning service was fabulous. Everyday we’d come back to a neat room and fresh towels if requested! Only issue was that there were no mugs in the bedroom just espresso size cups for the coffee machine so even though there was tea bags I didn’t have a full mug to make it in or milk."

"It is the absolute best, unless you can afford the Ritz. Excellent location, close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, high end and more affordable budget shopping. Across the street, an excellent boulangerie to grab breakfast, multiple dinning options close by. Water and ice machines in every floor perfect after you have been walking in the sun all day long. Big comfortable rooms and bathrooms."

"The only positive was that the desk agent helped us carry bags up 4 flights of stairs because there is no lift. The entire place was dirty, the shower in the room had someone else’s hair in it still Signs of bed bugs Shelf was hanging off the wall. There were syringes and medical waste on the window ledge outside the room. The shared toilet didn’t flush properly so it wasn’t clean. I’ve seen better conditions in documentaries about labour camps. This place should be avoided. We left and booked another hotel somewhere else and the hotel refused to refund. Their business model is very much based on leveraging non refundable rates. Book if you have a good credit card company that you can dispute the charge through. Travelocity support couldn’t help either. Lesson learned."

"The hotel is in a great location to explore Marais and is very close to many cafes and restaurants. We felt safe walking the area at night and it was close to several metro stations. The staff was so nice and accommodating. There is a small but cute balcony at the top floor. Rooms/bathrooms are very small compared to U.S. but they were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again!"
