"The first two hotel employees helped with our suitcase, but the lady on the last day couldn't do it and didn't treat us well. The street was very noisy and the windows were very old, allowing the noise of a busy street to filter through. We definitely wouldn't return to this hotel."

"Agriturismo La Coppa offers the true Tuscan experience. Our apartment was on the first floor. We had our kitchen. On our 2nd night, we ate a meal that Signora Anjela made and it was superb! We were stuffed to the gills! And the flavor of the different kinds of food was top notched! They also have 4 cats in the property which are very sweet. This property is at the end of the road, and overlooking the Tuscan hills. Signora Anjela is very attentive to your needs. We just txt her through Watsapp...
