"Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. Would consider staying here again but would want a smoke free room. Thank you to the young man on reception for being so helpful :)"

"The women who work there were absolutely wonderful and kind. They even told me to contact them if I had any hiccups with the train. For anyone who books here there are limited hours for check in but there is a number you can call and they will arrive quickly. Make sure you have you cell data sorted out so you can call them. "Hotel qui sert de logement aux familles etrangeres, trés bruyant, pas possible de dormir avant 4h00 du matin sol en parquet très bruyant cloisons fines, on entend les debats des voisins, Lunette des wc casée, lavabo bouché, pas moyen de prendre une douche avec de l'eau chaude enfin catastrophique !"

Solo con un detalle para el acceso, ya que nos mandaron un correo solamente al registrado en la reserva, no al del usuario de hoteles.com y el no vió el correo antes de la llegada. La llegada es autónoma y depende de codigos de acceso, por lo que debes de estar atento y tener estos datos a la mano antes de su llegada. La localización es excelente, la decoración es de muy buen gusto, todo funciona perfecto. Tiene aspiradora, aire acondicionado...
