"Everything was excellent. Julie was so helpful, she stored our luggage until the 3pm check in time, and got us extra pillows and refreshed linens (some of the linen was not quite clean). "The shower was leaking water in 4 places and difficult to operate. Water ended up going everywhere. The shower was extremely high to step up into. My other coworkers commented on this for their rooms too. The room was never cleaned or freshened up in a Mon- Fri stay. They kept asking for tips at the bar even for one drink?"
