"I want to give Susada 5 stars, but there were problems. I give them the benefit of the doubt that the problems were out of their control.
However, the staff made the best of a bad situation, which is why I gave them 4 stars.
If they put mini refrigerators in the rooms, I might come back."

"Great stay at Crazy bear. The hostel is on the basic side, but the room is clean, the staff are amazing and helpful. The hostel also facilitates activities, so that makes it easy. I did not get the chance to eat / drink in the bar because Moalboal has so many options. Highly recommended. Their theme of bears is very creative, and is all over the hostel."

"Absolutely terrible experience – Avoid this hotel!
My stay was a complete disappointment from the very beginning. When I arrived, the reception staff told me they couldn’t find my reservation and had to take a photo of the booking confirmation on my phone. This was already an incredibly unprofessional first impression.
The room was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, and both were full of cobwebs. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and not even a single towel for showering. On top of...
