This continued for 6 days until they suddenly found the Hotels.com reservation and then expected me to pay again for the same 6 days. First of all, the one tiny towel they provided was old and dingy and it even had a blood stain for good measure. The bedding was equally disgusting and the pillows were covered in plastic.
