I contacted the hotels out-of -hours number about 6 times and left a voicemail - no one called me, I also sent a number of messages on their WhatsApp number but no one responded eventhough I saw they had read the message, I had to contact...

"We reserved a private room for 2 people with private shower, toilet, sink. No mention of stairs. Also a kitchen for cooking given dietary concerns. When we arrived, there were 2 sets of stairs, ONE single bed and no shower! We called the property and no one responded. We had to find another last minute hotel at higher price and multiple transportation costs as a result. We would not take our shows off here, let alone sleep here!
