"Run by a sweet elderly couple, the bath, kitchenette and linens were very clean. However, the carpeting was not and the facility could use a good freshening up. It is very convenient to everything in Martinborough and was inexpensive."

"I visited the Royal Hotel with my two sisters, just as an overnight get away and were blown away by the historic hotel, totally remodeled with Steampunk themed rooms.
Every detail was beautifully done; Victorian themed botany pictures and knick knacks, a beautiful bathroom with a claw foot tub and cooper plumbing, and luxurious bedding.
We ate a fabulous dinner in the Hotel restaurant. Sharing a cheese plate appetizer, two salads and a huge and delicious rib eye steak. The chief came out...
