"O hotel em si é muito bom. Diria até excelente. Porém, a modalidade onde o apartamento é por conta do proprietário, o conforto e manutenção do apartamento é muito ruim. Tomadas com defeito, luzes queimadas. Torneira vazando. Deve-se cobrar mais dos proprietários dos flats particulares.
De resto, o hotel é muito bom. "

"Atendimento com muita má vontade, quarto com ar condicionado quebrado, camas com colchões sem condições de uso e extremamente desconfortável, cheiro fortíssimo de comida o tempo todo, banheiro sem box e com rodo para que o hóspede puxe a água para o ralo.
Realmente surreal ser chamado de hotel. "

"Fantastic place to stay in the residential Asa Norte. Staff is friendly and bilingual as are the guests. Great restaurant in the lobby serves food all day. Karaoke until 10.30P. Private rooms are small but adequate."
