"Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well…
Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service?

"There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June."

"To start things off first comes the staff, it’s almost non existent and rare to see any. Then the level of cleanliness of the room was not where it should be, the floors were extremely sticky for whatever the reason may be.
