"Our family vacation 2 adults and two kids. The worst experience of my life, since we arrived the security guard treated us very rudely, saying that he did not have a reservation with my name. After 30 minutes waiting he let us in. We went up to the apartment and since we opened the door there was an unpleasant smell but the worst was yet to come, the apartment was invaded by cockroaches.
