"I booked a five-day stay. When I arrived at the property, no one was able to help me. After calling the number they provided, they asked me to leave for an hour and then come back. I had to ask if I could wait in the lobby/living room, and the person in charge agreed. An hour and so later, she showed up.
Expedia says breakfast is included; I never saw a trace of food—only coffee.

"All the hotel staff were kind and friendly.
I had some questions about the amenities in the hotel room, so I went to the front desk a few times to ask, and everyone explained everything to me very politely.
When I told them I didn't know how to turn on the hot water in the bathtub, a maintenance technician came up to my room to show me how, and since part of the bathroom fixture was broken, he fixed it right then and there.
The room had a kitchen (with a microwave, fridge-freezer, stovetop,...

"Overall the unit served our purposes reasonably well. When we checked in the temperature was 53 degrees and we found there was no central heat, although there was a thermostat mounted on the wall.
