"I had. A room with a broken window no curtains just a blind which did not block out traffic noise or did the single window glaze . No room had a shower in room ,or toilet ,the shower was just 1m x1m floor space with no space for hanging clothes . I would not stay there again ."

"Guess we should have realised from the price. This is well located but very basic. The bar below is a noisy club. We didn't mind that, but others might. The room was clean but very basic. Bathroom and toilets shared down a flight of stairs. The staff were lovely. "

"There was a mistake, and our room was not made up when we arrived at the property. However, we immediately got a room upgrade for free, and multiple staff members apologised for the inconvenience. A beautiful place to stay, and well-priced too. Thank you!"

"We loved the location, the breakfast and all the other staff except Dal he was so unprofessional and unpleasant I would suggest he is in the wrong job!!! Maybe a job that didn’t involve working with people might be best! Beware booking a twin room does not guarantee 2 beds most are a bed and a sofa bed. Not the most comfortable for an adult."
