"Clean but in an office building turned hotel rooms, no staff on site. No AC, fan in bathroom broken so very hot and stuffy in summer. Tried to open the only window in room but loud road noise, right next to busy Street on ground level. Got ripped off paying for parking, they never even took my license plate number."
