Evrithing was fine, laundry room a bit crowded but at last we could wash our clothes. Very well located, near the bahhoff, personal nice and attentive. If would come back to Salzburg, which we will, will stay here again, definitely Thank you!!!

Great one night for quick trip.

We were in for a quick trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and room were great! Luggage storage was a great plus. Would definitely come back for longer stay. Also great location.

The room was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Hauptbahnhof. However, the bathroom occasionally had an unpleasant odor, and the pillows were not comfortable.

This hotel is super convenient, just a quick 5-minute walk to the main station! The hotel is spotless. Just a heads-up: they only clean the rooms every 3 nights. Since we were a group of three, that felt a bit long. I asked the staff to clean the room on the second night, and they were so kind and did it for us!

good location

The hotel was very conveniently located close to the train station. The surrounding area wasn’t very nice, and some of the facilities were still under renovation. However, the room itself was very clean and relatively spacious.

Room was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Location not so good. In a dirty neighborhood right next to the train station. Lobby area was a little dirty and hard to find employees to assist you. It’s a cheaper hotel though, so good value if you’re on a budget.

Completely exceeded our expectations

We were staying only one night and were looking for something affordable for a family of 5. We were a bit nervous and this place exceeded ALL of our expectations. The room slept 6 and was very spacious. It ended up having 2 separate bathrooms, one with a sink and shower, one with a toilet and shower, which allowed people to get ready in one while others were showering. The reception was very helpful, and had a cute seating area to have drinks and snacks. The employees were friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ammori on reception spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to point out all the best places to go in Salzburg to make the most of our stay. From our room on 7th floor we even had a view of the fortress and mountains. Only draw back is the hotel backs onto the train station so you do need to close the window at night so you don’t hear the noise of the trains. Don’t let that put you off though. The location is great and only 10 mins walk from Mirabel Platz.

Very modern, clean hotel close to the train station. Excellent staff. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Our room was very large facing the back so it was quiet. Used the laundry facilities which was very clean. We would definitely stay at a Harry's Home again.
