"We lost our car in the parking lot of this hotel on June 19, 2026, around Midnight, and the hotel staff didn't take any action at all. We didn't even hear a single apology from them. There were also no CCTV cameras in some areas of the property.
The room was very dirty and smelled terrible. Both the room and the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. We politely asked if we could be moved to a different room, but the hotel staff/receptionist refused.
