"I was check-in relatively quickly and allocated a double room on the top floor with a view of the sea. The room had a fridge freezer and a kettle and 32" smart TV and a sofa, which I was impressed about for a two star hotel.
Great stay and ideal location in the centre of Bournemouth Town centre. "

"It was terrible!!!
Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!!
Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!!
We waited two hours have no one call us back !!!
At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!!
We need our MONEY BACK "

"Have stayed here twice before as we enjoyed pub and location.
We booked for friends and were only informed on arrival that the pub had shut down .We were told we were not contacted because we did not book breakfast.
At time of writing pub is still being advertised on their own website."
