"Atención deficiente, tardaron 1 hora en encontrar el control del aire acondicionado. Ubicado en una zona ruidosa, un bar cercano cierra 3 am. Nos dieron toallas que todavía estaban húmedas, parte de la ropa de cama también se sentía húmeda. Tomas eléctricos alejados de las camas. No hay agua caliente, estacionamiento ni ascensor, no estaba funcionando el Wifi. Llegamos a la medianoche y logramos dormir hasta después de las 2 am.
