"The beds are hard, the bread is older than the city. There is trash piled up along the street. The TV did not work. The heater only blows cold air and you cannot shut it off, it was 8C outside so no need for cold air."

"When did I arrive for check in the Hotel was closed . No one at reception , doors locked , no guests . After 10 minutes someone apears to open the door and I was the only guest at the hotel . I really don’t understand why a place like this still available on travel sites . "

"Infelizmente o atendente da recepção Pedro não tem preparo em hotelaria e foi sarcástico e irônico conosco!! Lamentável! O restaurante só funciona se estiver lotado o hotel e sem nenhum preparo tbm! Infelizmente!"

"O ponto positivo foi o café da manhã, com várias opções de doces e salgados. O ponto negativo foi o barulho, pois o isolamento acústico da porta não é bom, qualquer barulho no corredor se ouvia dentro do quarto, causando incômodo para dormir. O atendimento da equipe foi excelente."
