The rooms are small and minimalist, like most New York hotels. If you're coming to enjoy the city as a pilgrim, this hotel is like a bed and breakfast. If you're looking for a Hotel experience with pool, spa, etc this is not the proposal. The one thing I didn't like is that the mattress is a bit too hard to my taste. I will stay here again when needed, for sure. Everyone that served us was happy and went out of their way to do anything we asked.

O hotel é muito simples para o valor que cobra ,achei caro pelo que oferece. O quarto não estava totalmente limpo, a roupa de cama era de qualidade ruim (apesar de limpa), as toalhas muito ásperas e a cama extremamente dura, o que deixou a noite ainda mais desconfortável. Se fosse mais barato, tudo bem, mas o preço realmente não condiz com o que é entregue. O hotel fica dentro de um posto de gasolina, com barulho o tempo todo. Na sexta-feira, o restaurante faz seresta com som altíssimo, o que é péssimo para quem busca descanso ,especialmente para quem se hospeda no quarto andar, onde também é servido o café da manhã. O café é extremamente simples, com poucas opções e qualidade baixa. O estacionamento fica nos fundos, é escuro, mas é o único jeito de parar o carro, já que no posto nunca tem vaga. Sinceramente, não voltaria a me hospedar. Só consideraria se o valor fosse, no mínimo, a metade do que cobram. Pela fachada, parece competir com o Hotel Rainha do Brasil, mas não chega nem perto ,inclusive, a localização não é próxima da Basílica; é preciso ir de carro.

o atendimento foi otimo principalmente a recepcionista do hotel so que entrei no banheiro para me higienizar estava com bastante mas bastante mosquito sem que o clima e o ambiente ajuda mas po investir em mata mosquito sem la estou todo picado mesmo deixando o ar condicionado ligado e o ventilador mas de resto foi bom
