"They didn’t have room for us, we slept in the street, we took a shower on the road and they didn’t nothing and we tried to contact with u but u (Expedia) didn’t nothing too
I am seeking reimbursement of my reservation in full, together with compensation for all expenses I incurred as a direct consequence of the hotel’s failure to provide the accommodation that had been confirmed and paid for.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Full refund of the reservation price;
* Transportation costs...

"There are not many places to stay in Wimborne. This is probably the best. Don’t expect elevators or lots of modern conveniences here. This is a 16th century hotel with narrow staircases and our room had beamed ceilings and a copper bathtub. What is great is that it is right in the won center and has enough free and secure parking so you don’t need to use a public carpark."

"Very nice, me and 3 friends came to stay and the beds were comfy and it was a really nice room, there isn’t a bathroom or shower in the room so keep that in mind but it does say that in description. And my only point was there was a smoky smell outside the room but the room smelt fine, so in case your sensitive to smoky smells. But the room was well ventilated and the fan was a nice touch. The owner was lovely super kind and helpful!"

"There was nothing to do at the hotel. The bar/restaurant is closed fully for foreseeable future. Only the hotel part is working. Parking was easy however aircon in room not working. Was supplied fan and an oil heater if required. Room was clean and conformable. This is place to basically stop over."
