"We stayed in a clean 1 bedroom suite with an amazing sea view! The rooms cooled down once the windows and doors were open and the fans were blowing. Keep in mind that the check-in process isn't typical. If you want A/C for your room or have any needs for on-site staff, you must check-in before the office closes at 5pm. (If you arrive after 5, you will get your room key using a lock box and won't have the option for A/C if that is important to you.)

"The air conditioning was a god send. It worked really well. We loved the view of the ocean and the walkability to the town. The hot tub was closed which we were disappointed about. The pool was open though. The condo could have been cleaner saw some cobwebs and dead bugs. But we didn’t really care about that. Staff was helpful and quickly responsive if we needed anything. "This place is unique, and the huge trees on the property are amazing. You can pick your own fruit and macadamia nuts even, and keep or eat them.
The set up of the "common area" is a bit odd, with the main room being part of the hostesses house. "The room I got was different from the pictures when I booked. Called the host, they promised to call back but never did. The room was old and dated. Dirty and sticky floor. Stained and dirty carpet. The only good thing is the location. Unless they update the place, I would not be back."

"Beautiful ocean view room, but no AC, kitchen sink or tv despite being given kitchen towels & dish soap. Tarnished silverware in drawer to use…ew! TV for storm information would’ve been useful.
