When I entered to annex, it smelled, the drink machine there was broken with a handwritten sign on it, and it was not well maintained. The hallway smelled, and there was obviously a problem with the room across from me because there was a rolled up towel shoved between the door and the carpet. My room was ok, but there was a dead...

"My luggage was on the bed for less than 3 minutes before turning around and leaving to find a different hotel. Walls show the wear of 20 years, room smelled musty, AC replaced musty smell with extra musty smell, carpet was slick, bathroom floor was dangerously slippery, no water in bathroom, key car envelope was well-used previously with more than my room number in it.
But the staff and manager were very nice and access to highway was quick."

"They are in the process of renovating the first floor rooms, so things are a bit messy. My biggest gripe is they no longer provide disposable cups in the rooms. The front desk said IHG will fine them if they put cups in the room. Therefore, to take medications, you have to have your own cup or water bottle."
