Prompt response for any requests made. It does get a little loud at night, however, provided ear plugs did the trick. Also, bed was very comfortable. We hope to return. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here."
