"Points for the hotel, but not for Orbitz: I booked a single basic room without noticing that somewhere at the bottom, it says in small font that it is a room without a bathroom. I don't know who expects rooms without bathrooms at a "hotel," not a "student hostel." I didn't and I didn't read the small print.
