"The staff completely denied us having a booking and we had to contact hotels.com to get this sorted. We finally managed to get a room and it wasn’t up to the mark. One of the locks was broken, the room was painted by an amateur and could see patches everywhere, closet was dirty and many tiny little things that didn’t fit right. Fortunately me and my partner only needed the room for a few hours so we can rest before our flight at night so we didn’t really pay attention to these issues"

"the rooms and facilities were not kept well, seepage throughout the room, visible electric faults, rooms were dusty, the AC was broken. There were quite a few issues with the hygiene and upkeep of rooms, the staff was pleasant and swift. I have stayed at the property previously and sad to see such poor upkeep."
