"I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was stained, there was no hot water, the staff barely spoke to us and didn’t respond when I asked for help about the water. They didn’t give us the wifi password or any information when we arrived just pointed for us to follow them and led us to our room. The location did not feel safe at night, the street the hotel is located on is not a good one! We could hear strange noises from our hotel room throughout the night, which was on the 3rd floor fyi. "Property was set up nicely and rooms were clean and open. We were greeted late at night by our lovely host who kindly brought us waters and plates so we could eat the dinner we got at the market. He also made us an incredible breakfast when we left early the next day. Very impressed and all around great place and service. "

"I thought this was excellent value for money clean and tidy and nothing like the other reviews I have read. It was modern and had a cute reception area and was well located but it is some walk from asok station so do take that into account. The maps had a bit of a field day finding the place but nearby landmark hotel.clover is a good ref point /I will be coming back "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years. Very dirty now and the type of people staying here now are shall we say less than desirable. Feels unsafe. I hate leaving a bad review because I truly love the owners they are supper nice people. But it’s been this way the last 3 times in the past 2 years. Hope to see it get better. "

"No need to repeat myself (I thought the Livable Hotel Bangkok was superb), the second visit was great. Aside from the wonderful staff (giving us umbrellas when it was raining) greeting and feeding us, the park view makes for a serene visit. The location is convenient and for Bangkok, quiet. So close to Victory Monument and the food and shopping, but peaceful too."
