The rooms are big and spacious, comfortable bed and a sofa. While it's quite a walk up the soi to the hotel, there's a shuttle services available. Only thing it needs is a chair a table for the balcony. Still a great and affordable stay.

It was a good hotel. Not family friendly due to the location of the hotel. Staff were nice too and they’ve got free shuttle from the hotel to the nearest train station so u dont have to walk all the way.

I have stayed at Hopeland several times, but this time the experience was not that great as before. For the same price, I did not the larger room with laundry facilities, which are important for me. The lady serving me on my arrival at the night of 8 Jan Thursday seemed cold, and not very kind. Other staff are as nice as before.

Before I booked this Hotel, I read the review, which I ways do. There were a number of people posting reviews that I myself did not experience. The Hotel is not the Taj Mahal, but in my opinion, very clean, very comfortable bed, and clean bathroom - everything that I needed!!! My only suggestion is that someone needs to make the staff, especially the front desk staff, understand the importance of being greeted by someone with a SMILE and acting like you actually want to help the guests!!!!!! The Hotel was much better than the Front desk staff!!!!!!!

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel, which is in a good and convenient location. Close to all types of stores, businesses and restaurants. A very short walk to the MRT. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was spacious with plenty of amenities. Comfortable bed and shower was very good with adequate warm/hot water. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those visiting Bangkok.

Excellent hotel, the staff are nice and helpful, their breakfast is delicious and varied, I thank whoever prepared it, especially Ms. Mai for her wonderful service and her constant smile, a simple note that is not their fault, which is the construction work next to the hotel causing disturbance to some rooms between 9 am to 4 pm.

I would say it's a short distance away from the Main Street. Almost everything is there. But it's also far enough away from the action that's it's quiet enough to rest after a long day of exploring. The room was fine for what I needed.

Small but excellent.

I’ve been here before. Great hotel. I like that it is small enough that you never wait for anything. The lobby, elevator, room cleaning, valet etc. Everything is very clean and the rooftop pool/jacuzzi is mostly empty. But as always location is important and Hope Land is 500 meters from Nana station and all the old and new Bangkok you could want.
