"The staff is great, they were always available but also gave you your privacy. There were a few issues like slow drainage in the shared bathroom and the ac in my room towards the end needed the filter changed, but if I had any issues the staff addressed it. "The best thing about this property is the proximity to public transit. However, the city center is known to be filled with pick pockets and hustlers. Knowing this, we purchased pepper spray and purposely divided our money for safety. We never expected to be robbed by hotel staff which is exactly what happened. $180 Euro was taken while we were out for the day and the room was cleaned. "The hotel is nice enough, but could use a little TLC. Lovely pool area was a welcome highlight after a hot day at Pompeii. Breakfast was fine, although a little lacking in variety. "Hotel bem localizado no centro comercial de Nápoles. No anúncio do hotéis.com falava que tinha café da manhã incluído. Ao chegarmos fomos informados que o estabelecimento não dispõe desse serviço, o que se tornou um inconveniente. Hotel familiar, mas falta alguns reparos, banheiro pequeno e pra três pessoas tomarem banho, a última fica sem água quente, isso no inverno. Não foi um bom custo benefício. "

"Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours. We arrived in those hours on a motorcycle and were concerned to leave it even for check in due to safety. The street sign on the front of the hotel was scary and it looked like a dump.
