The fire didn’t work and the heating didn’t come on regularly. Tried to get in contact with the owner by sending a text and left a voicemail on their phone but got no response from them. There was nothing open on the site which we didn’t know about. I think it’s overpriced for nothing to do there."

"OMG never seen such an awfull appartment, so dirty, cold, no WIFI, no teresteral TV, living room window was closed but didnt feel like it. Took about 20 mins to get into appartment as lock is knackered. We tried to get in touch many times onse so we couldnt stay there. We continued to try to contact every day and Hotels.com did as well. They eventually did try to call us but I missed the call, they followed this up with an email to which I did reply to twice, but still nothing. This has been...

"Lovely cozy caraven to stay in you do need to pay extra for bed sheets and towels there was plenty of cutlery pots and pans and cleaning equipment for ur stay.... its based in park dean holiday resort so u dont have access to some of the entertainment and a 11 min drive to clacton sea and pier "
