The communication was brilliant and they made everything so easy for us. The hotel itself is lovely, in a perfect location, beautifully restored and...

"It was old, but we had trouble getting in, no elevator ( which we knew), the room was unbelievably small, the beds were broken down (deflated), from people sitting on the sides. I had to use a blanket rolled up to support my back enough to sleep. Shower didn’t work—sprayed all over, etc."
