"Worst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days. I constantly had to ask for more toilet paper. 45 USD a night for this is a joke! Even the name is a lie. The only view you have is right into another tall building. "

I called reciption couple of times they don’t care.So it was in unleavale about that condition more over I’cant sleep.So I leave the room14/12/18. I am requesting to get refund unused 2 night.
