"The staff was wonderful! Robert made you feel like family. It was clean and a little outdated but they are under major renovations so next year it will be even better. The coffee was amazing and serve yourself any time of day with a machine that made lattes, cappuccinos, etc. Just a short walk to the beach and the pier village restaurants and shops. Very affordable."

"Don't expect an early check in even if you get an email offering it because the hotel doesn't uphold it even when it was approved. Drove 13 hours to have to wait almost 5 hours for my room, because upon arrival I was told "we don't do that amymore" well then, why was i offered and approved for an early check in then. Getting towels was like asking for gold. All and all not worth 1400 for 5 nights."

"The air conditioning and dehumidifier were mandatory for the rooms in Queens Court. Unfortunately, our a/c unit kept cycling on and off all night without stabilizing the room, which caused us to lose sleep. In fact, we did not get to sleep at all the first night and felt forced to vacate one day early.
Since we had paid our two-day fee in advance, we have not been reimbursed for the second night even though the hotel staff notified us that they filed the 'faulty a/c complaint' as an acceptable...

"Good hotel for the price. But don’t expect much from the breakfast bar! We were running behind and stopped in to grab a coffee but the coffee machine wasn’t working and the orange and apple juice machine was out! Luckily there was a gas station around the corner! Amazing how 1 cup of coffee would have changed the whole review!!!"
