"Place was crawling with bugs, there was literal “fluids” on the walls and ceilings, the bed looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. We had to sleep in sweatshirts and pants because we were so disgusted. The place smelled like weed when it exclusively says non smoking. Overall one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and the only reason we didn’t go somewhere else was because it was a non-refundable purchase where we showed up at around 1am. Do not stay here if you care about any sort of...

""Welcome to our home!" was the overall impression of this quaint hotel. Feels like you stepped back in time, yet it has all the modern essentials and convinces you'll ever need. It has a friendly staff who encourages a social vibe in their non-traditional lobby. Although the property needs some cosmetic TLC, it is very clean and functional. Our room also included a full residential kitchen for our extended stay (6 days). I definitely will book again when in the area."

"Overall the stay was good. Our room was clean but the motel could use an update. Our room had patched holes in wall. the bathroom tile was broke and would wiggle when you stepped on it. The toilet paper holder was barely holding in the wall. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast with yogart, assort. cererals, fruit, bagels and muffins, etc. It did have a waffle maker if you like that sort of thing. We booked this place because of it's location to The ARK, which is just up the road....
