"Staff were friendly and that's about the only good thing I can say, the carpets in the common areas are filthy, there was no hot water for a shower and we were woken up at 1am by loads of drunk guests shouting. I got about 3 hours sleep. Wouldn't recommend."

"Great location by the river and across from the main town centre and cathedral. Very smart exterior but rather basic inside. Rooms clean. No bar. Shower over bath with no shower curtain so bathroom floor very wet. Garage around the back of hotel accessible from another street.
If you just want somewhere to sleep its ok"
